Why does the United States refuse to sign the agreement?
A. The probable reason is that the US does not want to be investigated.
If an investigation were to be carried out to find the origin of the virus, the US must be investigated together with China. Participants at the Wuhan military games last October should be asked to provide information. Many of the athletes, from France, Spain, Italy, Sweden and other countries reported being ill with what appeared to be COVID-19 symptoms. There is a possibility that these November French infections originated from the athletes who returned from Wuhan after the games.
Before the above infections, five US athletes became sick and were taken to an infectious disease clinic in Wuhan. Some people claim it was malaria but that does not make sense because there has been no malaria infections in China for a long time. To suddenly have five cases – all Americans – is hard to believe. The Fort Detrick military laboratory in Maryland, that handled high-level disease-causing material, was ordered by the US to close down in July 2019. An independent investigation should be conducted to find out the real reasons for closure.
According to estimates by the CDC, the seasonal flu that started in September last year has infected over 30 million US citizens, causing more than 20,000 deaths. Head of CDC, Robert Redfield, admitted in March this year that some coronavirus-related deaths have been found posthumously that were previously thought to be flu-related.
So, if an independent investigation is to be carried out to determine the origin of SARS-CoV-2, the US too should be investigated, together with China.

I don’t know if you are completely aware of the Italian situation. Summarizing everything in a few words, Italy was sold to Big Pharma and has become a huge laboratory where experiments are carried out on the population: adults, children, old, healthy, sick people … it makes no difference, we are all guinea pigs. Now the business, and not just an economic one, is to force 60 million Italians to get vaccinated against COVID, so much so that tens of millions of doses of a product have already been purchased, a product that, in fact, is unknown both in terms of effectiveness and, above all, in terms of side effects. In the meantime, while waiting to receive the goods, a law is being passed according to which everyone, including children, must be vaccinated against the flu (why?), and this in addition to the 10 vaccines that are already mandatory.
As if that were not enough, many personal freedoms, although guaranteed by the Constitution, have been brutally canceled.
